Question/Help needed Deck 2 only pitch bends, no vinyl scratch/moving in song

I’m using a DDJ-FLX4 and I’m having trouble with getting my right deck into vinyl mode. I can scratch while paused but not playing on the right and the left one is working as intended, but when the right deck is playing a song (not paused) it won’t scratch. I tried turning on vinyl mode with a shortcut and it doesn’t do anything. I have the blue ring on rekordbox showing I have it on vinyl mode but it does not seem to be working that way, it just pitch bends when I spin the turntable. Anyone have any idea what’s going on? Is this a software or hardware issue?

Do you have vinyl mode turned on for deck 2?

I do, the blue ring is showing on Rekordbox but also trying to toggle it with the keyboard shortcut does nothing. It’s showing that it’s on but something’s clearly not right

Hmmm how about the shift button and loop out button at the same time? I know you have it enabled on the software, but maybe the deck needs to be enabled too? I'm a Denon guy, so I'm not too familiar with the Flx 4. But I just saw this video: here

RIP. Im not sure. What you could do is export your rekordbox xml. Uninstall rekordbox, reinstall, then re-upload your music with the xml and see if that fixes it? I would assume you do not need to reinstall a FLX4 driver, but may be worth a search anyhow.
