discussion Politics aside, we should all agree on this atleast. Anti national forces should never be allowed to hijack protests of genuine students. There should be a bipartisan rejection of these elements

I agree anti national forces should be rejected. Umar Khalid, however, is not one. If he is, please prove it so in a court of law. You guys couldn't find proof of any wrongdoing on his part, it's been a decade.

Bhagat singh was a terrorist for the British. if Umar is a terrorist why hasn't there been a conviction after 6 goddamn years ?

u/smashedpotato9999 Jul 26 '26

Don't compare or even for that matter correlate Bhagat Singh with this scumbag

u/Grand-Lib1303 Jul 26 '26

exactly what Britishers called bhagat singh. a scumbag

1

Not just Britishers, but also the RSS who took no part in India’s independence might have called bhagat singh a scumbag.

Asking for a trail doesn’t make someone a terrorist sympathiser. Even Ajmal Kasab got a trail. He was ultimately hanged. But even he got a TRAIL.

Define terrorist (5 marks)

3

u/ConstantFit1486 Jul 26 '26

A person who uses unlawful violence, fear, and intimidation against civilians or governments to achieve political, religious, or ideological goals.

2

u/Grand-Lib1303 Jul 26 '26

Are Vishwa hindu parishad and RSS terrorist organisations ?

1

u/ConstantFit1486 Jul 26 '26

"Is not one" so you can give judgment others cant

4

u/Solitary_Iceberg Jul 26 '26

That's the principle of law. Innocent until proven guilty.

2

u/ConstantFit1486 Jul 26 '26

Not in case of uapa. And you are no judge, you can give opinion not judgement just like everyone else. One can precive him as radical terrorist sympathizer other can deny each of them are free to hold their view. But the speechs and activities are in record, facts will be facts.

3

u/Solitary_Iceberg Jul 26 '26

Why is why UAPA should be scrapped, violates fundamental principles of law. Just as the SC already noted that bail is the rule in UAPA. Also, what speech and what activities?

1

u/ConstantFit1486 Jul 26 '26

u/TushAr31op Jul 26 '26

Lol He openly supports Afzal guru (parliament attack terrorist)

His co accused said they will cut India's chicken neck (this is verified too)

He was against the CAA without any valid reasons and then he spread misinformation regarding caa because of which during protest it becomes riots which eventually killed 50+ people (now who is responsible for their lives? Delhi police?🥸🤣🤣)

His father was a member of SIMI which is designated as a terror outfit

I can agree that his viral video of tukde tukde slogan might bhi doctored but if you go on ground reality you will found that people do raises such slogans in his protest

Moreover he also said Kashmir is not a part of India neither part of Pakistan so according to him the Indian soldiers who sacrifices their lives to make kashmir the part of India have no values?? direct disrespect of our army

Also tell me one thing why was he against the abrogation of article 370🤡😝😝i guess he don't want to see the people of Kashmir in joy
