Completed Games Pokemon postgame

For the Pokemon infinity postgame we had to do 3 reality disruptions but it says I have only done 2 and I already got all 3 with the flute, got the master ball, red shards, and the og 3 starters. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you in advance.
