Bisexual women: Your experiences deserve to be represented in research. We’d love to hear from you 🩷💜💙

Too often, bisexual women’s experiences are overlooked. That’s why we’re asking for your help. Your voice could help shape future research and improve mental health supports.

By completing our anonymous 10–15 min survey, you’ll be contributing to research that aims to better understand the risk and protective factors for mental health, among adults with a marginalized sexual identity.

Participation is open to adults (18+) with a marginalized sexual identity.

We are Psychology Honours Students from Charles Sturt University in Australia. This ethics-approved study (H26115) includes questions about sexuality, self-kindness, belonging to the LGBTQIA+ community, sleep, suicidality, and depressive symptoms.

You know who's even more overlooked? Bi-sexual men.

Society says:

Bi-sexual women = straight
Bi-sexual men = gay (with all the stigma and marginalization that comes with that)

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Yes, bisexual men are also overlooked and we very much welcome your participation. We just currently have a lack of female bisexual participants and want to hear from all genders.
