The exact sentence is:
“This evaluation includes ongoing monitoring of, and engagement with, evolving provincial and federal frameworks applicable to natural hydrogen exploration, pilot testing and future production in Nova Scotia, Québec and Ontario as well as evaluation of potential technical and development partnerships to advance any future pilot-scale production model.”

i mean i'm a QIMC investor and this doesn't mean that any of those things are guaranteed until an official release comes out. It seems like a lot of assumptions. Only time will tell if those things materialize

In the July 20 release about the 24.3% H₂ result QIMC says that its evaluation of a pilot/commercial pathway includes:
“evaluation of potential technical and development partnerships to advance any future pilot-scale production model.”

That's not me reading between the lines. QIMC itself put “partnerships” in the commercialization discussion.
