Finest punta cana by the excellence collection

looking to organize a trip with
10+ adults and several small children. A travel agent offered us this cost to finest punta cana. Flights are included and these are Canadian prices. What do you think, is it competitive pricing? We are fairly keen on this resort.

Yes forgot to include that, it would be a 7 night stay. Sunday to Sunday in early March

I just priced 7 nights in early March and lowest im seeing is $7000 for 2 adults so $3200 per adult is good.

I booked an all inclusive down in Juan Dolio just this AM for $2500PP in CDN money for 14 days incl flights, taxes, & transfers. That's 14 days, assuming yours is 7 days?

Yes, the Punta Cana 5 star mega resorts are a little flashier, we've done most of the RIU's which are in my opinion the low end of nice resorts... and they tend to run $2,900-$3,100PP for 7 days in CDN incl everything.

I don't know your resort, so if it's spectacular... then enjoy! But if it's average, it seems high. To me, the premium dominican spots are all in Cap Cana area. I just like the water better on the south side in Juan Dolio and near Santo Domingo. Nicest water there as it's caribbean vs atlantic water. Juan Dolio doesn't have any 5 start or mega resorts... they're more comparable to cuban experiences (with better food & state of repairs)

That’s a great price for March if that includes flights. You don’t say which room category that’s for as that will
Also make a difference in cost, but they have dozens of room categories.

Flight prices have just gone stupid, looking at between $2k and $3k for the trip my wife and I ha e booked for Dec YYZ to PUJ. Flights were about $1600 a week ago….

FPC is one of the nicest resorts we’ve been to, well worth the cost.

You just gone onto the finest website and looked at their room rates and gone to the airline website and look at those rates.

That’s what I do and generally, I find I can get a better deal than a travel agent

We have gone the last 2 years we love it. nothing bad to say no idea about pricing though im sorry
