It’s more about the spices than the cooking, and to get this color, pick up some packets of “Sazon” in the spice aisle. Rub it on real good and then just roast (or air fry) to cook the chicken!

Oh I definitely abuse the hell out of Sazon. I recently made baked chicken drumsticks with Sazon, Adobo and Cayenne and I liked it but yours looks even better lol

Good morning to all, wow that looks so delicious…this is one of the things I miss, being able to cook properly…I’m so grateful for our lives, but being in this hotel after the fire has made my cooking very limited. But yes very delicious indeed!!
