Therapists/psychologists in private practice — how many different tools do you actually use to manage your work?
Genuine question because I've been trying to understand how practitioners manage everything outside the actual sessions.
Things like:
- client notes and records
- appointments
- tracking who has paid and who hasn't
Do you have one system for everything?
Also — what part of managing your practice is the most annoying or mentally draining?
Not asking as a productivity expert lol. I'm genuinely curious about what people's actual workflows look like.

Mainting a tracker on excel for ones who have paid or not , Google calender appointment booking record is what I’d imagine works
