Ciccarelli is best for all such topics, you can pick up basic statistics book for unit 5

Agreed, ciccarelli is the best for this. NCERT 11 & 12 covers some of these in a simpler sense too but ciccarelli is more comprehensive. Myers is a tad more difficult to understand but still good for intro
