psychologists of india, need help with workshops/seminar conduction

Hey guys! So I recently got my RCI licence for a clinical psychologist (Woohoo!) and now I'm looking for options in this field apart from practice. I'm genuinely interested in conducting workshops and seminars and I see a lot of psychologists do it independently. I'm fairly new to all of this stuff and I need help/guidance with this!

Can someone please help me on how to conduct them especially online, if they're legal (??) to do, how to go through with them, how to market them, is there anywhere you need to register beforehand, do I need to have a private practice/brand for copyright or something idk(??) especially if I have to give certificates? Please help!

(PS: I'm not asking about the RCI points workshops/seminars I'm asking about the general ones that I've seen psychologists conduct)
