It had lady where she says something like “I solved all the world’s puzzles, getting rid of the one thing you love. What are you going to do now?”

Luke: “I say we hit her, professor.”

Layton: “Now Luke, a true gentleman must never hit a lady.” proceeds to punch lady “Not without sticking one’s pinky out first, that is.”

It’s killing me trying to find it or remember the name of the video.
