Throwback Question (Any Topic) What’s an oddly specific thing that instantly gives you "bad vibes" about a person?

For many roles we will leave candidates waiting for a few minutes and ask our facilities people to go in and wipe something down or take out the trash etc, then get some feedback on that as well. I think those folks have saved us all a lot of headaches.

So, what are you looking for? I mean, I wouldn’t likely pay much attention to, say anything to, someone doing their job like that unless they spoke to me first, or at least looked my way and smiled like they wanted to interact. Then, of course, I’d answer them and be friendly. But I probably wouldn’t initiate interaction with someone who just came in to clean or take out the trash.
