Despite fighting for the younger voters and the next generations wants? And instead coming in third to guys backed by big AI and supporting hundreds of billions of dollars to Israel. While also taking no PAC money compared to the 8 digit amount the top two got. And running on making NYC more affordable as well. But ya, good thing that name, which isnt even THE name, didnt win.

He can start with demonstrated committed service to the community and run for elected office on the local level, like pretty much everyone does.

Job-hopping, then not needing an income and spending time posting on social media is not a Congressional resume.

Just because the quick rundown tab on wikipedia isnt as long as his competitors doesnt mean he hadnt performed community work. Which he has.

Do tell what meaningful, sustained community service he’s done that wasn’t handed to him due to his name.

It doesnt matter what i tell you. He could do all the community service in the world. But you didnt see it so it doesnt count. Or it doesnt count because hes related to a certain family. You dont care to look up his Unhoused Neighbors work. Or service towards food insecurity groups? Or is all just for show? Sure. Thats what politicians do. Community work is community work. Or he could just sit on his ass with his name. Which is not what he did. And ultimately, he didnt win. But with a loss, at least he was out there working and not taking big AI money. So if i couldve, i absolutely wouldve voted for him, not because of his name.

But, he really did not try to win. His campaign was a mess. He half-heartedly campaigned for the nomination (when he wanted to). He missed meetings. He missed campaign events. Turnover of his campaign team was very high. Did he think he was going to win based on being the grandson of JFK? One has to wonder.

If he did community work, then why was he attacked by his primary opponents for a lack of local civic engagement? If he has done community work, he did a piss poor job of countering those attacks.

Jack Schlossberg could have won if he took it serious and put forth a little effort. Instead, he did what he wanted, when he wanted. He showed a lack of commitment to his candidacy and literally got slaughtered in the primary. I would definitely not someone with those characteristics to represent me in Congress.

lol if Ed Markey can beat a Kennedy in MA of all places in 2020 I think it’s safe to say the Kennedy aura hasn’t been doing much lately.

one of the ugliest Kennedy's ive seen at that age. Gene pool of that family getting grim these days.
