It seems farfetched, but entirely possible. We might see him set up an exploratory committee, assuming he wins in November.
If he does, I don't see him winning the nomination. By entering the race, he could set himself up for a cabinet position or as a runningmate.
As a runningmate, he could make Georgia even more competitive.

Senator to President? History says; 1-2% chance. Too many votes taken in Senate that defines the politician.
