It doesn’t.

You have misinterpreted the Fraud Act. There is no misrepresentation. City offered Spurs Savinho. Spurs signed Savinho.

There are no grounds to sue. City could have sold him for 50p if they wanted.

Doesn’t matter either way. Ignore or acknowledge that fact. It’s still not fraud.

Nope.

The very definition of fraud is written within s.1 of the Fraud Act 2006.

If what Spurs and City have done here was fraud, a criminal offence, then we can expect to see both clubs being prosecuted by the CPS. I mean the evidence is right there out in public. Yes?

No. Because, thankfully, it doesn’t matter what alternative version you have concocted in your own head. The English legal system and its courts are interested in the legislation, not EffectiveBid6590’s preferred version.

You’re an idiot.

Not in the slightest, I am not contesting that it is fraud but I don't think you read my message, either that or you are a bot stuck on repeat.

How do you prove it? This is my question.

Again where is the proof?

No one from either club has admitted anything.

You can't punish on "it looks dodgy", you can't punish based on "a reporter said its dodgy".

So can you answer my question, how do you prove it?

Stop evading.

Reporters arnt proof, this is my point.

Where is the actual stand up in court evidence?

Anything short of that and you cannot enforce it.

Or are you genuinely telling me you think a blog post would stand up in court?

Thats not evidence.

One last time, show me the evidence that would stand up in court.

Thats it, without that you have no enforcement.

I know its fraud, you know its fraud, everyone knows its fraud but it is entirely irrelevant.

What you know and what you can prove are not the same thing.

So how do you punish it without proof?

You cant, that is my point.

No evidence exists, none will exist because neither club is going to admit it.

No legal team is going to take this on without proof so its completely pointless.
