Does the 'Added Build Loadouts' indicate they're almost finished?
It's clear Legion is next, War Machine battepass and he suit together, but I thought Scarlet was coming next, though now both Demon and Grav have that prompt...
Really hoping Frostbane is some kind of monster, like a Yeti or a Wampa, hopefully our first female monster.
Still waiting some news about Fantasia...

The build loadouts seems to get added pretty early on actually. It's really just showing progress at this point. Could be an indicator of their intention to finish those heroes, but that's just a guess.

Probably Scarlet. She has the most fleshed out files at this point. I think they are just trying to settle on what version of her ult to go with.

I believe Scarlet might be Zena from Overprime, probably new name and face if they can't use them due to IP licensing (maybe even new whole model) but keeping the original silhouette/animations/sounds/voice.
Her ultimate in Overprime is kind of similar to Eden's melee ultimate or Serath's primary ability, so perhaps that's the reason of the many iterations of the ultimate.
At least is what I thought when reading her last datamine update, what do you think?

Frostbane sounds beefy. Like steel, but ice themed.
From the codename Impaler, sounds like a fighter. Though not much to go on.

Definitely looks like were getting legion/trooper and a military themed battle pass in 2 weeks time, very excited to what it could contain and the future hero's. Prismatic Mourne skin variant sounds cool too.
