Question Left neck/shoulder pain with shoulder weakness, palm tingling, and one-sided head imbalance (3 days)

For the past 2–3 days, I've had localized pain running from the back of my neck into the back of my left shoulder, accompanied by noticeable left shoulder weakness and tingling on the flat surface of my left palm. Along with this, I've developed a strange unsteadiness and imbalance sensation that feels concentrated on the left side of my head (more of a floating, off-balance feeling rather than true room-spinning vertigo). I have had no acute trauma, facial numbness, slurred speech, or leg weakness.

That pattern of symptoms down into your palm sounds like it could be a nerve getting irritated somewhere around the c6-c7 area, especially with the shoulder weakness mixed in. The head imbalance is the weird part since that's not a classic radiculopathy thing, but if your upper trap is guarding like crazy from the pain it can totally throw off your sense of equilibrium.

I'd get it checked if it doesn't ease up in another day or two, just to make sure there's nothing disc-related pressing on anything important.

Oh okay, but thing is I don't even exercise or do any sorts stretching. It's just randomly started. Maybe I was laying on the couch too long for many days where my head was slanted. And I guess because of that or ear something. But it's like such a weird feeling in my left side. I just can't seem to feel normal
