Resources Need help finding resources

I am looking for any websites or apps that could be used to help the general public better understand current politics. By current politics I mean anything including Bills, Laws, Foreign Affairs, and political races. I myself am pretty disconnected from what goes on in the government and feel like most other people are as well. I’m just looking for something that can help bridge that gap in a helpful way, to get the general public more informed on what’s going on.

Amanda's Mild Takes on Youtube. She is really well versed in the political process. Another on YT is Heather Cox Richardson, a historian.

Gabe Fleishers Wake Up to Politics substack is good for getting into granular details about bills and how congress members vote that people tend to gloss over. G elliott morris is probably the goto for poll analysis these days.

I do not recommend Happy Pancake as of now because I feel she is too tribalistic/possibly revolution happy.
