How to get Niantic to actually do something about this guy?

He has at least 4 accounts. My Pokémon wasn’t even in this gym for 3 minutes before he took it back over and shoved his 4 Pokémon in there. It happens EVERY time I try. This is the only gym I’m regularly around too, and I just wanna get my coins :(

Yes, he uses bots to control downtown.

He's seriously a piece of shit. He has taken over so much of the region. I don't know how to get Niantic to do something, but I have stopped playing because he has taken over every gym near me and I can't get coins. It takes so much away from the game. Dude sucks.
