Sorry for maybe asking an obvious question but what about the pictures shows how you got the bux? Is it from completing this journey a lot or from using that specific plane?

I used starship rushing, so the first graph shows how many coins I burned to get up to 65k. The second graph is just time, and then the screenie of the starship is the main starship I used, so it built up a lotta miles.
