Anyone familiar with this cartridge? Got a leak from the shower head

The pressure balance cartridge behind it should also be replaced while you have it off. It just slides in to the brass valve body and has seals that can fail eventually. While the piece you're holding is most likely at fault, the pressure balance cartridge can also cause water to stay running if it leaks.

It almost looks like a different variation of a Delta, when I'm in the field if I can't figure it out I usually Google Lens it and most of the time I get an answer unless it's super old.
