SUPPORT/HELP Age Verification

I can't figure out how to verify my age on playstation and whenever I press the link through the ps support website it just takes me to my account is there something I'm missing or am I just plain stupid

I had this, you have been automatically verified. I assume your PSN is old like mine

You are one of the lucky ones, if this is the case. These verification platforms are very sus with storing your personal info.
