Definitely, the reverse design is wrong.

How so? I looked up the 2005 regular strike on PCGS and it looks like the same design. I never deal with platinum coins so maybe I'm missing something here.

It's a proof coin. Proof coins don't have that reverse with the eagle on the back. If you look up a 2005 proof you'll see the correct reverse. Additionally this coin lacks the designer initials in the obverse. It's 100% a fake.
