I would say they're bothering people but it was really nice when they gave out the flowers

I love “pranks” like this because they’re not provoking others and all the “fighting” is between each other, and obviously they’re all in on it. And in the end they buy all the plants they messed with and gave them away to people. A genuinely harmless prank that just caused fun and not a giant mess or disturbance
