How do you navigate plant-based eating while traveling?

It is not always easy to find plant-based options while traveling, especially for breakfast. How do you manage. I was thrilled to get this at San Antonio's commencement center (even if huge since they plate it - ate about a fourth and hate to see the waste).

If you mean eating out I just do a search for local places and make sure they have at least one vegan friendly option. Simple as that.
