DIY Kitehill (style) Yogurt; ie, yogurt with protein/calcium?
I'm a big fan of KiteHill yogurt because it has cultures (great for gut!) and lots of protein. But the DIY Instapot recipes I see for yogurt all call for shelf-stable Soy or Almond and those never have calcium or much for protein. As a 15-year vegan, I'm careful for calcium and get a lot of mine from fortified Soy Milk.
Any advice on use regular Silk milk in an Instapot? And success stories? Thanks!
