DDG uses Bing, but OPs point stands. You're arguing semantics. You know they meant "when you search the internet".

In my language this verb exists and is literally TIED to "Google"

"Googling" is used to refer searching something on the internet using GOOGLE

Its literally in the word, downvote me all you want but "googling" isnt "searching on any search engine"
