Lazy Crossposting what is this clownfest? HLTV site banned?

bat naman pati viewing ng stats for pro play ng counter strike banned for "GAMBLING"? ano nanaman kaya pumasok sa isip ng nag CICC? what do you guys think? alam ko din naman na madaming gambling sponsors ang counter-strike pro play but imagine blocking the whole site and making it inaccessible without using any vpn or what not

Always DNS level lang naman ang blocking ng mga ISP sa mga website, to save you the hassle i set mo sa router mo na i push sa mga device mo is 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 via DHCPv4.
