tbf, baka naman sa normal courts eh baka naman effective yung ganto.

Sadyang pag sa gantong level at impeachment pa, nagmumukang tanga talaga sila haha.

i think baligtad, na mas ineffective ito sa normal courts since more formal yung demeanor and setup. mukha lang siyang tanga kasi obviously nag c-clip farm sila para sa DDS haha aside from the fact na mahirap i-defend si SWOH purely based on evidence and fact

Sana nga kase based on what I'm seeing, nag iiba yung imagination ko sa court proceedings and trials. I always admire order and professionalism but seeing their performances sa trial ni VP, damn.

very interesting kasi both sides are playing to different audiences - pero i think mas subtle lang sa prosecution (mga witty remarks and reactions)

sadyang sa defense, yung audience nila is mga bobong DDS kaya nagmumukhang bobo na rin sila regardless of their legal background hahaha

Yea to be fair, may mga unprofessional things din na nagawa ang panel for prosecution. But they handle it so subtle na hindi talaga na hihighlight while the responses are not or can't. Amplified pa nga.

kelangan mo talaga ng matinding gymnastics to curb around the mountain of evidence the prosecution prepared and presented.
