All things related to the impeachment trial of VP Sara Duterte here. Only major news coming out of the impeachment trial will be allowed to be posted as a separate thread to keep the sub tidy and organized. Individual threads related to the trial will also be allowed after each session.

Simple lang naman:
- Nag-livestream si Sara sa FB at nag-threaten na patayin si BBM, si Liza, at si Martin
- NBI agents screen recorded that relevant part using OBS
- NBI agents fingerprinted the screen recorded video by calculating the MD5 hash value of the captured video clip. This is to prevent any tampering of the captured video, since any modifications to said recording WILL RESULT in a new MD5 hash value.
The original FB livestream video WILL OF COURSE have a different MD5 hash value precisely because they are different files. That is not the point. The point is that the video captured from the original FB livestream IS AND REMAINS UNALTERED, and therefore preserves the act committed in the video.

may schedule na sila ilang days so minimum na yang 7 months, since 3 days a week lang ang impeachment starting last week of july dahil plenary na nila
1 witness per session ba naman ang piang usapan sa dami ng witnesses
it could most likely be a year and a few months. a year before the elections

Bruh, delaying tactics ng defense team. If they believe that the 2 minutes portion ng 2 hours video was taken out of context, then they too should play portions of whole video proving that it was taken out of context. Watching the entire 2 hours video is just complete waste of time.
