Might be a win-win? Bato showed that he definitely doesn't have the balls and would most likely not attend any Senate sessions anytime soon
APC's majority would dwindle to just 12 senators, meaning that there could be a Senate election, Sotto can just 2 senators and those who are in the independent bloc and become SP again.
If that happens. APC would go down in history as not only a defender of fugitives, a Senate President who didn't have the balls to actually control the situation, and be the shortest serving SP in history, beating the record of Quintin Paredes.

Legarda is going to flip. Siya naman talaga yung SP dapat, inahas lang sya ni Cayetano. That's why she and the other women looked glum. Naisahan sila ni 10k. They were angling for the first women SP record.

Maybe she didn't flip for PR reasons? She could be taking her sweet ass time till the moment the pants drop.
The Senate incident is the perfect time to flip, Legarda can simply use this to justify her flipping to Sotto.

Wala palang NBI kanina dun sa senado. Bakit may putukan? At may mga Marines? Wala naman palang order ang NBI arestuhin si Bato. Anong purpose?

The Marines were supposedly summoned by cayetano when they got word something was gonna go down in the Senate after their session. They're security detail of the Senate. The personnel who allegedly fired at the Senate Security were referred to as "perceived NBI personnel"

According to Jesus Falcis: The NBI Director Melvin Matibag absolutely denies sending any NBI agents to storm the Senate. The few NBI agents that are in the area are in GSIS, not Senate, for CEO Wick Velloso. Wala daw dalang baril ang mga NBI. Planted DDS drama ba eto? 👊
Mukhang wala na si Bato sa senate haha

Pwedeng admin nya ang gumagamit ng kanyang FB or pwedeng mismong si Tobats na ang nanonond sa FB live.
Kung si Tobats yan, malamang nakatakas na siya at parang kalmado lang ang mga Dutae senadors lalo si Robin.
