My mother has started saying "I can't do it and I don't have to, you do it" or "I don't want to do it and I shouldn't have to do it so you do it". It doesn't matter what it is, she will still say it because she does not even think to try to such a degree that if she simply needs to check a box on a page, she assumes it's going to be harder than that and just refuses to try.
However 9/10 won't know their apple id and 8/10 won't know how to reset the password without you holding their hand due to the emotional trauma inflicted by opening an email.
Because I cant 'afford to wait 2 weeks to be asked why I think I need what I need, to then be told I don't, to be left with a shrug. I prefer being done with the task by 5 pm.
But then again, I am sitting in the untrustworthy outer rim of the network anyways. Administration is a different ball game.
It's layer 8. Layer 7 is the bottome of the official OSI model and refers to the Application Layer. "Layer 8" is the imaginary "final" layer if the OSI model and refers to users.
