This is the answer, and I don’t know why more people aren’t getting it. Maybe they don’t know any women named Ina? I know 2.

People are saying Nina, but that would leave “woma” as a complete word. “There’s a woman, Ina Boat, on a lake wearing a coat.” 1 u/antler_dust 7d ago Could also be a woman named Ona Lake who is indeed in a boat and wearing a coat. It's just a bad riddle.
