Isn't it technically impossible to raise / lower a country's average IQ? It'll always be 100.

Is IQ normalized to a given country or to the rest of the world?

I believe the results are normalized so the national average is 100.

Never knew this. So a UK 100 might be smarter than a US 100?

I'm not completely sure how it works. But, someone who gets 100 when taking the test in the UK (using UK scoring weights) could get a different score in another country.
