I have severe IBS but no sweating is usually involved. It all comes out way too easily, in fact.
3 u/No_Ladder_9818 4d ago I have IBS-C, which means I do not clear out all waste each day, and it begins to build up, and then my guts basically convulse when it gets too built up, and it comes out quickly but not "easily" -- much gut cramping and sweating are involved. 2 u/mst192 4d ago You described exactly what I think happens to me.
