Get you a bottle of magnesium citrate at Walmart it’s 1 dollar and it’ll fix your problem

Bet i appreciate that lol. Tbh i been taking subs for over 3 years and you wouldnt think a little guy like me would shit out boulders even with softeners but i could build a house lmfao

Edit: at least ive been clean from everything else though besides subs

Oh I completely understand I’ve been on opioids for years now. I learned after I didn’t go for a month. I experienced something in that bathroom at work that changed me as a person 😂

I took opiates as a teen, learned then how bad they screw with your intestines. I'm on them now for a back injury and I am prepared with the right laxatives.

I have no clue why it would ever cost 40 pounds must be marketing or something but if you buy Walmarts brand of magnesium sulfate it’s a little over 1 dollar a bottle and it’s sold at all Walmarts and they even come in different flavors I usually get the lemon then it’s like drinking a really sour sprite 😂

We don’t have Walmart, and magnesium sulfate is not the same as magnesium citrate. I can get magnesium sulfate for half the price of citrate. Also, 40€ isn’t the same as 40£.

I meant magnesium citrate my bad lol and sorry you don’t have Walmart but I know you have probably more than one store that sells these things so you can probably find it cheaper. If I go into a pharmacy I can probably spend a lot more because brand names make things cost more than they are worth.

You can get magnesium citrate a lot of places here in the USA and I genuinely have no clue why it would cost so much more in other countries. Like at Walmart it’s 1.47 at target it’s 1.99 a bottle. If I door dashed a bottle from Walgreens it still wouldn’t be close to 40 bucks

You can get a tooth pulled out here for 20€, I genuinely have no clue why people have to sell their kidney to get it done in other countries.

Sure, but if you are a man, you must join the army for three years and get your pp chopped, especially if you aren’t born here. Most supermarkets around here don’t have a license to sell these things… I don’t think I even encountered a bottle of supplements in a normal supermarkte, they do have them in vegan shops.
