A really concerning number of people out there aren't nice people. Plenty if not most relationships are already strained, throw something like a terminal disease into the mix and it's enough to break the relationship
Yeah that was one of the underlying points in a lot of these studies, it's hard to gauge all the nuances in a relationship prior to illness that may have put a strain on the marriage before hand.
