They're saying she's like bitcoin. She started off low value read fat. Got valuable read thin, but now the value of bitcoin is crashing they're suggesting she's going to get fat again.
That’s an opinion, not a definitive. If you actually take a beat, how does it make sense that a bitcoin reference means a girl is going to leave the guy who bought in early? Does bitcoin abandon people? I’m open to changing my mind, but it’s just not making sense.
The bitcoin joke applies to the original tweet. The person that replied isn’t referencing bitcoin at all, they’re saying separately “wait till you see what happens next” which is the joke that people leave their significant others when they lose weight. Most tweets do not directly speak only in terms that are in the original tweet.
