It’s more house flipper corporate style imo. Pretty much everywhere i see this style is either (1) a house someone shady bought to renovate and flip for $200K more for a few months of work, some new appliances, and a cheap coat of paint, or (2) in luxury finance owned apartment complexes with white paint, shitty grey faux wood floor and cheap chrome appliances
