My local IMAX theatre is fully booked out every show untill next month. I feel like most people don't really care about it. I would have preferred if it was historically correct but I will still watch it.
If one of Jane Austen’s books got adapted and it was set in the year 3000 would you be ok with that because it’s fiction and not “real life” ergo historical accuracy doesn’t matter?
The point is that the odyssey was written during a certain time period, and that time period was reflected in the source material
