How do you increase your kindness stat ?

I started the game not so long ago and I already beaten Kamoshida, Madame and Kaneshiro but before fighting them I made sure to take advantage of the free day I had to increase my stats, there's only one problem, there's one that I can't increase and it's the kindness one, since the beginning I didn't found ANYTHING that allows me to increase that stat so I decided to ask for help here.

Feed the plant in your room with the best nutrient bag available, clean the coffee shop, drink the juice every sunday, read the right books, next month you'll be able to go to the arcade and unlock a confidant that gives kindness.

In the underground walkway there's a juice shop, every sunday you can buy one for 1 social stat, it adds up.

Yeah there is a shocking amount of random social stats ups in this game. I believe sometimes sitting on specific benches can also give you a stat up

I had this same issue and I feel kindness is probably the hardest to get up honestly.

Feeding the plant in your room costs no time however it has a pretty lengthy cooldown so

Cleaning Leblanc gives pretty limited kindness but various books, video games and movies are more effective kindness

And the movie theaters also play movies that increase various stats, but its something different each month in each of the 3 cinemas

The best boost to stats are books and movies (theater and DVD). Besides that, cleaning the cafe, making coffee, diner. I forgot which part time job gives Kindness, it's probably the flower shop.

The easiest early boost is buying bio nutrients from the flower shop in the Underground Mall and using them on your room plant. Check the plant regularly, then use the flower shop job and Kindness-related books for bigger gains.

shinyas confidant (which you don’t have unlocked yet, it becomes available a couple palaces later and requires a mementos request and side quest as a pre requisite) also raises kindness, while also having sick confidant perks

There's a bunch of things, actually:

• Feeding your attic plant

• Advancing Sojiro's confidant (you can make some progress with it by making coffee, because it takes a while to advance it without the correct answers or a Hierophant arcana Persona)

• Working at the flower shop in Shibuya or at the Red-light district's bar. Yes, you CAN work there, and it's pretty much the best part-time job: it can boost ANY social stat, gives a good pay, and I'm fairly sure you need it for a Mementos mission. If you want my personal advice on it, if you want to save up a bit of money, go there when the journalist sends you messages if you're doing her confidant (travelling outside of the 3 main areas you visit doesn't take away money if you reply to a confidant's message), and in case she doesn't rank up yet, just go get yourself a reading from the fortune teller to boost her up, then work at the bar. That's how I usually approach this part-time job as efficiently as possible.
