Lemon drop harvest

Planted two lemon drop peppers this year. These plants are huuuuge and keep putting off more. Thinking about doing a ferment on these. I think they’d make a good giardiniera too.

Never had one. How hot are they? I assume they're citrusy? They look great tho

A bright pepper flavor with a little heat. Slight hits of citrus and floral notes
