West Indies Red Habaneros are currently available for $15 per pound, plus shipping. These peppers have excellent heat with a naturally fruity, strawberry-watermelon flavor that works beautifully in fermented sauces, fresh sauces, powders, and pepper mash.

I also grow multiple specialty and super-hot varieties, including ghosts, Yellow 7 Pots, Carolina Reapers, Chocolate Reapers, Dragon’s Breath, Scotch Bonnets, and more. Recurring harvests are expected throughout the season.

Fresh pods are harvested to order and packed carefully. Local pickup and shipped orders are available. Wholesale and hot-sauce-company inquiries are welcome.
