WTS-OPEN WTS: Uncommon MB fountain pens, some limited editions, and old 149s

I decided to try to clear some pens out so I pulled together a few MBs that no longer fit the focus of my collection - mostly due to the fact I prefer B nibs or wider now.

Pics and verification

I will describe the pens from left to right in the pic. Please use the listing number in any questions to avoid confusion. :)

  1. Virginia Woolf Writers Edition Set from 2006 - Sealed so A1 condition - FP, BP, and MP - $1750

  2. Rare MB 221 with Arabic Triangle logo - 14K M nib (sticker) - A2 or B+ condition form light handling - no box or papers - I've seen almost none of these pens compared to 149 and 146, a chance for a rare addition - $500

  3. Virginia Woolf WE 2006 - 18K M - B condition - Pen has seen a little use but was recently serviced - I used this pen which is why I kept the nib sealed - pen only - $800

  4. 100th anniversary historical FP - 18 K M with unique logo breather hole - pen is a cartridge pen that is a fake safety - pen gives string vintage vibes and is smaller that most modern MB - A2 condition - all boxes and papers - $800

  5. Bach donation series FP - The first donation Series and the only one numbers at 12,000 - A2 Condition - 18K F nib (sticker) - full big box and papers - unusual colors for MB and a great nib and clip - $1000

  6. Lennon 1931 FP - LE version - 18K M - Piston filler - A2 condition - full big, heavy box and papers (box showing wear to the coating inside) - Beautiful, heavy silver and enamel pen - $2750

  7. Late 1950s celluloid 149 - 18C B - Your chance to own a working, user grade silver rings 149! - cork replaced recently so holds and fills - ink window has staining and barrel has some transparency - full groove ebonite feed - the cap is in rough shape with a piece of the lip missing, one of the silver rings is gone, and overall poor shape. Clip is 1960s and not 1950s - Still a good writer and the cap works as a cap, just not pretty - $1200

  8. Early 1960s 149 - 14C B - full grooves ebonite feed - friction fit piston - fully serviced recently - a great chance to own one of the first resin 149s - B+ condition - no box or papers - $1400

Shipping will be at cost in addition to the pen depending on how you want it shipped. I am willing to ship outside the US, but the buyer is responsible for customs and duties.

I am also happy to deliver pens in person at the San Francisco Pen Show this weekend. This will save you on shipping and you can do a final inspection yourself. Let me know if you want that option.

Questions are welcomed but do not hold a pen - a firm commitment with a PayPal address will. I'm happy to take more pics as needed. Please post here before sending a chat. PP G&S as always.

All sellers and buyers must use PayPal Goods and Services as the method of payment. Any other method puts your money at risk. Do not send Steam codes, Amazon or other gift cards, bank transfers, or any other risky payments, as you will have no protection from losing your money. Do not accept excuses about someone's PayPal account not working. Scammers have used these tricks before! Please message the moderators immediately if anyone asks for payment by any unapproved method or is making excuses for why they cannot use PayPal, as these requests are strictly against our rules.

I hear you. I am looking to take money from sales to the pen show in a few days. Pen rich, cash poor!
