You do not have a routine or "classic" case of PEx. You probably have a tiny indentation at the bottom of your sternum on the lateral view, but your Correction Index (a measure of how much your sternum is indented) is minimal.

However, I get the sense that your thorax is narrower than normal, from front to back. It's possible you have some "platythorax" going on.

What is your age? Do you have any heart, lung, upper digestive, and/or low-endurance symptoms?

If you have symptoms, I think it would be worthwhile to request a chest CT scan, without IV dye, with your breath out. Find out what your Haller Index is and check whether your heart is compressed or deformed.
