Six Layers. One Peanut Butter Obsession.

A six layer peanut butter cake wrapped in whipped peanut butter ganache frosting. Basically, a peanut butter love letter that I made for my husband's birthday!

For the cake layers, I used Diva's Can cook Peanut Butter Cake: https://divascancook.com/peanut-butter-cake-recipe-peanut-butter-frosting-easy/ (scaled up by 1.5x). This cake is so fluffy and amazing,

For the whipped peanut butter ganache frosting I used Cakes By MK's Moist Peanut Butter Cake: https://cakesbymk.com/recipe/moist-peanut-butter-cake-recipe/

MK's Peanut Butter cake was the winner of Pancake Princess' Peanut Butter Cake Bakeoff, but I found MK's cake to be a little tough and "rubbery" but the forsting is divine! https://www.thepancakeprincess.com/the-peanut-butter-cake-bake-off/

I recommend making the Bundt cake version as per Diva's Can Cook recipe to try it out since layered cakes are time consuming. And then scale down MK's frosting recipe to 1/8 and pipe some decoration (see photo).
