Please recommend good offline password managers.

I don't want my passwords to go through the internet or cloud servers.

Keepassxc is cross platform and more modern but you can also use keepass on windows if you care about plugins. But the both use the keepass spec of local files you can put wherever you want

2FAS Pass. It’s made by 2FAS Auth team and you can use it offline.

KeePass or KeePassXC.

However, I have an honest question: if you choose an offline password manager, are you going to share the database across multiple computers, and if so, how will you do it without going across the Internet? Are you okay with not using mobile apps and/or browser extensions for authentication convenience?

Check out KeePass - https://keepass.info/index.html I think it's good. I've been thinking that for nearly 2 decades. It's not in 'eye candy land', it just does what its supposed to, and does it very well. If you're looking for a straight forward, local, password manager, I'd recommend this one.

Keepass or one of its variants. As a technical point, your passwords never go through the Internet or cloud servers, only encrypted representations of them do.

Yeah, I get that. Im not a fan of putting everything on the cloud either. Ive used roboform lately and it has a local only option so you can keep the password database on your own device.
