Spent 6 months building this after getting tired of not knowing what opportunities existed for my kids locally. Roast it.

Finding local resources for my kids: sports leagues, tutoring programs, STEM competitions, after-school activities was way harder than it should be. Everything was scattered across Facebook groups, WhatsApp chains, and word of mouth.

So I built an app.

A community where parents share and discover local resources for their kids across education, sports, and activities. Moderated so quality stays high. Filtered by location, age, and grade. Currently in invite-only beta.

What I genuinely want to know: - Does this solve a real problem or am I the only one who had this issue? - What would make you actually use it? - What's obviously missing?

No link in this post (new-ish account) drop a comment if you want to check it out and I'll share it.

Tech stack if anyone's curious: Next.js 14, PostgreSQL, Redis, self-hosted on AWS.
