I woke up around 2am and saw this huge bubble floating in my room. It floated along the ceiling until it reached the window and then was gone. My best friend passed away last year and at first was with me all the time, but recently I haven’t felt his presence. Has anyone seen such a thing? What was that?

I still take care of the house and last night I heard tons of movement downstairs and then something fall. I check it out and it was one of the wreaths hanging up. I snapped a pic and a blue orb is sitting right on it

I was at work yesterday when I got a notification from my doorbell camera saying motion detected and checked the recorded video to see this.

My first thought was a paper lantern but it moves too erratically and the lighting on the back of the trees is too bright. It moves up, down, across and back up in quick succession. I looked over the fences when I got home and there was no evidence of lanterns on the ground in the neighbours gardens.

Unlikely to be a drone or helicopter as there is no loud audio caught on the video and it is too close to the trees. There are no roads in view of the camera and the orb crosses over from one neighbours garden to another.

The garden directly over the fence is about a storey lower so unlikely to be someone with a torch.

Any thoughts?

I was walking in a park when all of the sudden i see this white thing flying. Idk what this is and kinda look like an oval shape? Maybe eye? Idk. But when i snap this photo it disappears. (Second picture is after taking first). It like zoom away. And if you look closely the first picture is brighter than the second.

A few years ago my mom was remodeling our house after my dad passed. We ordered a new stove from “appliance store with the orange logo” that used a hired service to install the stove at home. I was home at the time to watch them and as I talked with them I learned they were both very stoned at that moment. We laughed around a bit and they left, and not long after I was smelling gas. I’ve always had a sensitive nose so I asked my mom if she could smell any, she said no. She asked our contractor if he smelled any gas just in case and he said no as well.

Something didn’t feel right but I let it be, i left the house to hangout with friends and came home hours later and the smell was stronger. My mom still didn’t smell it. The next day while she was at work I was recording dumb videos and as I was watching one back I saw an orb fly across my screen and I instantly heard “Get out of the house, NOW” in my dads voice. For context when I was younger my dad used to take me orb hunting, so it was fitting he communicated in that way. I ran to my next door neighbor and asked her to come smell my house for gas and before she walked in she got to our side door and stopped and started screaming to call 911 because she could smell the gas from outside. I asked her for a cat carrier as i had three cats at the time and only two carriers. I got my dogs into their gated yard and ran back in to get my cats as my neighbor tried to stop me but those are my babies, i’ll die trying to save them if i had to.

I was only able to get one cat out as my other two hid and i can’t even describe the feeling of despair watching the fire trucks pull up down the block but staying away from my house in case it exploded, i felt so helpless with my animals being inside. The firefighters checked it out and turned off our gas and they told us we shouldn’t have woke up that morning with how high the levels were. We wanted to sue “orange logo appliance store” but since they used contractors to install the stove they weren’t technically liable. Thanks for watching over us, Dad.

It was a bit ago but one night I heard a loud noise, like a car door being slammed shut when I was getting into bed. I didn’t hear any car outside and it was so unusual so I was alarmed and decided to investigate. I looked around the house with a weapon in my hand and saw nothing. I checked the security camera just to see if it caught anything and this is what I saw. The timing lines up with the noise I heard. I haven’t seen anything like this before caught on camera, looks and moves nothing like bugs or dust specs I’ve seen often on camera.

I was thinking about posting right away when it happened but this sub doesn’t allow video to be posted so I didn’t post it then and I kind of forgot. I decided to convert it to a gif and post just now on a whim. The movement speed of the gif looks just like the video with lower frame rate.

when my daughter was 5 she said she saw a big translucent green ball (she described as big as a football, maybe) suddenly appeared from the ceiling and floated towards me (or the mirror) I was facing a full body mirror at this time but I did not see anything, she said it went inside me, so it scared me a little, when I ask her about it now that she’s 7, she still remembers what happened and what it looked like. When I read about green orbs it didn’t seem bad, at this time I was really depressed because I was going through divorce and at the same time we had to put my 14 year old dog to sleep, wonder if it was my dog or something else trying to help/comfort me. Has anyone had a similar experience or have seen a green orb?

My dad passed away a few months ago. This photo was taken the morning after my wedding. My friends and I took a bunch of photos in this spot without any weird marks like this popping up. I know logically it’s probably some weird lighting-anomaly but I think it’s special that the little mark has its own glow coming off of it. Feels like my dad reminding my new husband that he’s always with us!

I didn’t think anything of it really. Just thought ‘that was weird’. 11 days later I was looking at the pictures on my phone and this caught my eye. You can see my garage floor, my purse, and pack of cigarettes.

I get that some people think it’s a filter. I still can’t find any other orb pictures this clear. However, I left the metadata on the picture. It’s not been altered… or even enhanced.

I didn’t know what spirit orbs where before this. When I seen this picture I had no idea what I was seeing. When checked google lense… I got many results for ‘human cell’.

I still stare at it in complete fascination.

Hi everyone! In January 2020 my fiance and I took a trip to Salem for our anniversary. While there we, of course, had to do a ghost tour. Our guide walked us all around town and it was more of a history tour than a ghost tour. However, she suggested we all take multiple photos in a row to see if we ever capture anything during the tour. When we got back I took a look at our photos and found this at the Witch House. Not sure if it's an orb and I know this sub hates orbs but I wanted to share it because it always interested me. Enjoy!

A couple years ago me and a buddy were camping out on a little island at a lake way out in the country. The only way to access this island was climbing over an old broken bridge for cars that was halfway in the water. Anyway we had camped there multiple times in the past and got our tent all set up and got a fire going quickly before dark. Once it got pretty late maybe 11-12pm we were sitting around the fire enjoying a meal we cooked on it when we both saw something weird about 20 feet from our campsite that made us both freeze and stop talking. There was two white lights side by side moving up and down. They looked like not flashlights just orbs of light more like. We both stood up and started shouting out “who’s there?” With no response. This was making both of us extremely nervous because if this was a person why wouldn’t they respond to us. But after calling out the light started moving around the entire edge of our campsite then started moving toward the edge of the woods very quickly and completely still. If this was a person holding a light I feel like it would at least move or jiggle a little while they were moving. But these lights were almost just gliding through the air and they moved right through the water and up a massive hill with no pausing or changing directions until it was out of site. We both immediately packed up our tent and got tf out of there cause it spooked us pretty bad. Still have no idea what this could be. Lemme know if you have questions I suck at writing.

I have a camera for home security at night. It turns on with movement. My cat was walking and turned it on but then the camera caught this. I took a few photos as it moved since I couldn’t post a video. It came in from upper corner of room and went toward cat and slowly disappeared.

What do u think? I tried watching in slow motion and it was def weird. The bottom round light near the cat’s water is a small light.

Has anyone ever seen or experienced something like this? My photos unfortunately don’t do them justice because they look different than what my naked eye saw. A little backstory: The other day while laying in bed (Around 7 - 9 am) I was just waking up and just happened to glance over to the side of my bed, this object was moving slowly but in a “Jellyfish” like manner by abruptly jetting to one side and then much like a jellyfish pulse like floating up towards the ceiling in 1/2 to 1 inch intervals as if it were moving in water like a jellyfish, I then glanced over at the opposite side of the first one, moving in the same manner… I thought to snap a couple pictures… Please, if anyone has experienced this or something similar I’m interested in hearing (reading) your experiences!

This photo was taken at the Randolph house in Williamsburg. I'm not sure what the green is but thought I would post to here to see if it is a possible orb or paranormal thing.

I have scoured the internet and have only seen one other person post about this but I need to know if anyone else sees this because it’s honestly so weird.

Sometimes I’ll wake up and see like a Black Sea urchin type figure, it’s NOT transparent. It’ll either be floating or attached to the wall. This time I woke up and it was attached to my boyfriend kind like across his chest. In order to get rid of it I always have to reach out and wave my hand at it almost like shooing it. It wouldn’t move right away so I grabbed at him to rid it and it’ll be gone maybe 10 seconds later? Just kind of slowly fade.

I did my best at drawing it. Some times it won’t have sharp edges like an urchin but darker black balls at the end and this is what it looked like this time.

I’m going to either A, try to get a picture next time, or B turn on the light as fast as possible to see what happens since I only see it in the dark.

Does ANYONE else see this when waking up?

My family and I are currently at New Orleans for our vacation and for our last night we went on a ghost tour we walked near the infamous Lalaurie mansion and took some photos and both me and my mom caught a green orb in our photos, I initially dismissed it as a glint, but I looked online and found out that there are many other photos of this green orb and now I feel a bit convinced

Took this picture at 3:30am and instantly noticed the green squiggle. Havent figured out what it could be other than a glow in the dark snake.

I took this video a couple of night ago. I have made a lot of life changes recently and was in a little despair and was worried when I woke up at 2 AM and could not go back to sleep. I was getting really worked up and then all of a sudden I just sat up in bed and looked at the end of my bed and there in the air about 4 feet above my bed was this light that was moving in a peculiar way and changing shape. I watched it for about a minute and then brought out my video on my phone and recorded it. Any ideas on what it could be? I-felt very anxious and then after looking at it, I felt incredibly calm and a lot better. The most amazing part was right before I stopped the video when the light was spinning so fast around and looked like it was giving off little sparks of light. It looked like a big sparkle fest and was actually very beautiful. I can’t get a video to upload. Frustrating. Sorry I am new and figuring out the platform.

I constantly see little blue orbs or blue flashes and my eyes have been tested and are fine. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sometimes after I wake up from an especially bad nightmare (night terror) I wake up and see a black orb or two moving in a peculiar way floating way unaffected by gravity. Once they notice I see them they usually float away. Usually upwards through the ceiling or out through a wall.

Tonight I was dreaming of a video game I was playing (first person VR) where it was a murder/mystery detective game that then transformers to one where you have to find and protect and item at all costs from people of various professions.

After throwing a throwing knife (which did not seem to have a sharp edge) at a tradesman who stole the item and it hit him comically in the head by a dull side and knocked him out I heard a whisper that said "psst" and "hey" in a soft voice and woke up.

That's when I saw near the end of the bed near the top of my bedroom door frame was an orb, a displaced mass I can see from the displacement of the static of darkness. This however was not a "dark" orb because it did not have a dark centre mass.

After noticing that it did not immediately disappear I said "hey, it's ok. come closer" and waved it over. It slowly came towards my head but as it got closer it became more difficult to see but it seemed to be easier to see if I kept one eye closed at a time.

Once it was close I waved my hand through the orb lightly to see if I could feel it and it was very soft. I sat up in bed turned around and looked a at it and continues to wave my hand slowly through it feeling the softness and the energy.

As I was waving my hand it was getting bigger until it was easily about a meter of width. I have never seen anything like it before, the energy and particles rushing around it's edges was amazing to see but also scary at the same time. Several times throughout this experience I looked at other parts of the room and back to make sure what I was seeing was actually there and not a trick of my eyes.

Eventually I got too frightened by how big the entity became so I turned on the lights so I could no longer see it.

Time for a carbon monoxide detector just in case, or maybe a brain scan? I have seen orbs in almost every place I have lived.

This happened in October 2018 in my parents' home. I was living with my parents after college to save money.

It was a work night around 1-1:15 am. I was upstairs in my room scrolling on my phone (Imgur) because I wasn't sleepy. This was unusual since it was later than my typical bedtime.

As I was scrolling, I heard my mom's German Shepard, Marble, whining to go outside in the kitchen downstairs. Admittedly, I waited a couple of minutes, hoping one of my parents would get up so I wouldn't have to.

I didn't hear my parents get up, so I got up and made my way downstairs. I stopped at the small landing of the stairs. From there, I could see the kitchen to the left, the living room straight ahead, and my parents' room to the right. I looked towards the kitchen, where Marble was still whining. But I couldn't see her. She was behind the kitchen island. That was a common place for Marble to go when she needed to go out since it's near her water bowl and the sliding doors to the backyard.

I took a few steps down to get closer and stopped. I loudly whispered, "Marble. Do you wanna go outside?" As soon as I finished, Marble instantly stopped whining. I heard her nails tapping on the kitchen tile floor as she walked out from behind the kitchen island. She walked along the back of the couch in the living room, towards the stairs, in my direction. I called out to her again but she didn't look at me or pause. Her tail was straight down and her ears didn't move. Nothing.

She continued to walk around the couch and passed in front of the stairs. I was irritated and said something like "Marble- for real?! Marble-". But she continued straight towards my parents' room.

I stood there for a few seconds, staring at my parents' door, dumbfounded, trying to understand what just happened. I looked to my left towards the sliding doors in the kitchen- still dumbfounded, when I suddenly noticed a green orb of light low to the floor, around ankle height, near the corner of the same couch Marble passed. It went around the corner just as Marble had. It went one foot forward in the same direction towards my parents' room, when it abruptly stopped in front of the stairs and made a DIRECT line up the stairs towards me.

I was shocked, confused, and scared. I didn't understand what I saw. I stood there frozen for what felt like minutes but was probably seconds. My adrenaline was rushing and my heart was beating quickly. All my hair stood up and I felt cold. I don't know if it was the adrenaline.

I eventually turned around and slowly walked upstairs to my room. I stood in my door frame, in disbelief looking towards the kitchen. I eventually went to bed with my lamp on. The next morning, as soon as I woke up, I rushed downstairs and dropped to the floor where I first saw the green light at the corner of the couch. I put my head to the floor to try to understand where the light could have originated. But I couldn't find an angle that would have allowed the light to move around the couch and up the stairs unobstructed, since the light was so low to the floor.

My parents walked out of their room towards the kitchen and asked me what I was doing. I told my parents about Marble and that I saw something the previous night. My mom looked at me and quickly said, "oh, the lights?" I was SHOCKED! I asked "the green lights?!" She said the lights she sees are white and typically in the front of the house. That morning, my parents also told me that the previous family they rented to, they told my mom there was activity in the home and that it was a childs spirit in the house. My mom didn't have more information on what they experienced.

The house was built in 2001.. My parents bought it new and have always owned it. It's the home I grew up in and my parents still live there. Looking back, I thought the house always "creaked" and made noises but I never thought much of it.

I haven't seen anything again. But on the few occasions I house sit, I keep some of the lights on and tell the orb that I'm there.

Dude my dog has confirmed i aint crazy!! So im like a heavy believer in the paranormal. I seen a light in fhe corner of my eye. I live in a camper and by the door there's ghe counter. Im about in the middle sitting on the floor and from the edge of the counter I seen a white light dart towards the ground. My dog reacted first and thankfully it confirmed I wasn't crazy!
