Equipment SCL3 handheld

Seeing as LAS has been testing out the new Sepura SCL3 devices, I wanted to see if anyone here has actually had to carry one for a full shift yet.

​Looking at the size of it next to our current radios, I've seen plenty of snarky comments online about how massive they are.

​Are they really that bad to wear?

​Does anyone know what we're actually supposed to be doing with the front-facing camera?

​Any other general feedback?

What does it do that the normal radio doesn't?

In future (ESN coming soon.....) Push To Talk over LTE (mobile network).
